July 16, 2025 marked a landmark moment for Fibra Educa: We are celebrating the seventh anniversary of our Initial Public Offering. Since its founding, Fibra Educa has faced and overcome significant challenges. One of the most significant was the global pandemic, which kept educational operations closed for more than 24 months. Despite this context, The operational strength of our tenant institutions—which are of high academic and administrative quality—enabled us to maintain income without delays or defaults.. This performance not only protected the interests of our investors, but also reaffirmed the stability of our business model.
